  • Every effort will be made to respond to your requests within 24 hours.
  • Events are scheduled on a first-come-first-serve basis.
  • These procedures apply to the rooms listed in Rooms & Areas.

Use of IT Equipment

Additional Information

  • IT Equipment- IT equipment in rooms is kept locked; use must be scheduled through Media Services to obtain access.
  • Custodial Service-Events requiring custodial services must be scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance. If your event requires extra trash cans or trash removal, contact Charles King 4 weeks prior to your event at king@law.unm.edu.
  • Alcohol- Serving alcohol on UNM grounds requires an Alcohol Request Form; submit the Form three weeks prior to your event.
  • Student Events- Student events must be approved by Nancy Huffstutler, Associate Director of Student Affairs.
