Work Study

Work-study is awarded automatically on the basis of need as a part of the Federal financial aid process provided that students check the "student employment" box when they file their FAFSA. Work study funding has dramatically declined. It is thus unlikely that a work study award will be obtained unless a student files their FAFSA early, as soon after October 1, as possible, to meet the January 6 priority deadline to receive work study awards. Students should check with Diana Reynoso in the Financial Aid office if they have any questions.
